For weddings within 90 Days of booking.

Payment in full is required to secure your date.

For weddings booked more than 90 days in advance, but in the same calendar year

50% Deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your wedding date.

For weddings booked for the following calendar year

50% Deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your wedding date.

We do not take bookings more than one calendar year ahead.

Sunday Weddings

During the months of July & August, Sundays are not available for booking.

May, June, September & October - Sundays are absolutely available for inquiries.

Semi-Private - Meaning

Semi-Private means that you will have access to the boathouse and large, ocean-front deck space. You may see patrons of Gros Morne Adventures around the grounds and even members of the public as the beach is a popular attraction for visitors. Seals often find a sunny spot on the shore and whales are also seen in the bay, so you may have additional wedding guests you did not plan for ;)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations outside of 60 days are subject to a $50.00 Administration fee.

Cancellations within 60 days will have the 50% deposit withheld*.
