Terms & Conditions


For weddings within 90 Days of booking.

Payment in full is required to secure your date.

For weddings booked more than 90 days in advance, but in the same calendar year

50% Deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your wedding date.

For weddings booked for the following calendar year

50% Deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your wedding date.

Please inquire about bookings more than one calendar year in advance.

Simple Ceremonies- Housekeeping Items

Ceremony draft to be submitted for your approval ahead of time. Two revisions included. (If more revisions are required, we can discuss those costs together).

Gloria to file your completed marriage paperwork with the office of the registrar within the seven day timeframe following the ceremony.

Remember, depending on the selected location, the grounds within the town or the Park are public. We will need to abide by the rules and regulations of the Park and also need to be aware that we may have to make allowances for other park guests and even wildlife.

Gloria is comfortable to perform your ceremony “rain or shine” (barring extreme weather, of course). Should you desire an alternate location in case of rain, it must be within 10KMs of Rocky Harbour and is your responsibility to arrange. (Additional travel fees may apply if outside the 10KM range.) We can help with ideas if needed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations outside of 60 days are subject to a $50.00 Administration fee.

Cancellations within 60 days will have the 50% deposit withheld*.
